17 days and about 15,000 miles later, we're back home from our trip to Switzerland (and Paris). Flying for 16 hours each way was as expected a bit tough, especially with the again heightened security measures at all the airports. Nonetheless, we had a great time. Anderson had a blast. He finally met his grandma and grandpa, uncles, aunties and cousins, and even got baptized.Trip summary:
Switzerland: Cold weather (just below freezing most of the time), snow, lots of chocolate and cheese, and a terrible exchange rate.
Paris: nice but cold weather, snow, lots of sightseeing (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées, the Louvre museum (yes, we saw the Mona Lisa), Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame, to name a few).
