Hitting the Road

The rain is gone, the sun is out, and what better way to enjoy the day than going for a bike ride.  We got to test out the newly installed baby bicycle seat.  Needless to say, we all had a blast, though mostly Anderson, because he was the only one who could just sit and enjoy the scenery, while we were pedaling relentlessly.  Anderson, usually confined to his car seat or stroller when on the move, had an opportunity to get some serious wind in his face on our short test run to the playground.  To our surprise, he did not mind wearing the bicycle helmet either, probably because mommy and daddy were also equipped with one.
Once at the playground we spent pretty much the entire time chasing after him.  He's now most confident in his walking abilities, and as such, he had to rediscover the playground from eye level anew.  The only required activity to perform was the swing.  Other than that, we just had to chase after him to keep up and ensure he kept safe.
