When Anderson started walking reliably and consistently a couple of months ago, we had to get him some shoes. Size 5, it turned out was the smallest generally available size for toddlers, and a good fit with room to grow. When we were shopping a few weeks ago we saw a good deal on some size 6 shoes, and we thought that we'll be able to use those in a few months. Boy, were we off. Last week, after we suddenly noticed how big Anderson's feet were we checked how much room he had left in his "old" shoes. How much? ZERO. Time to bust out the new Nikes. He loves wearing them, probably not necessarily because of the style, but rather because he now has room to grow again. Hopefully the "new shoes every other month" pattern won't keep up, or we'd better get used to it?
